Template — pending legal review

This document is a working template and not yet finalized by counsel. It is provided for transparency about our intended terms. The binding agreement for your account is the one executed during onboarding. Questions: legal@waveform.vision.

This policy supplements the Terms of Service. You agree not to use the Services to:

Prohibited conduct

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Capture or process data where you lack the legal right or consent to do so, including airspace + survey restrictions.
  • Compromise the safety of autonomous systems — e.g. publishing navigation packs you know to be inaccurate, or circumventing autonomy-tier gating.
  • Attempt to forge, tamper with, or bypass nav-pack signatures, device tokens, or access controls.
  • Probe, scan, or load-test the Services without authorization, or attempt to access another customer’s data.
  • Upload malware, or use the Services to distribute unlawful or infringing content.
  • Resell or sublicense the Services except as agreed in writing.

Safety-critical use

WaveForm outputs are decision-support tools. You are responsible for independently validating any output — change-detection alert, 3D model, or navigation pack — before relying on it to operate autonomous or safety-critical systems.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Report abuse to abuse@waveform.vision.
