If you use an application or contact form, the contact and workflow information you choose to provide is used to review fit and respond. Do not include project files, site payloads, keys, or confidential customer data.

WaveForm is in a pre-public design-partner preview. It is not currently offered as a self-serve public service. The written terms, privacy information, security boundary, and data-handling requirements that apply to an evaluation are reviewed before access.
Public website information
This page describes the current website and inquiry journey. It is not a substitute for the agreement that governs a design-partner evaluation.
Website operation
The public site may process ordinary request, device, browser, security, and analytics data needed to operate, protect, and understand the website. The preview product data path is reviewed separately for each engagement.

The applicable documents depend on the workflow, participant, data boundary, and current preview build.

Data ownership and provider context
This is the working boundary for the global-sensing preview. It is not a license grant or a substitute for signed terms.
What belongs to whom
- Customer-provided files and customer-authored project content remain subject to the customer's rights.
- WaveForm software, schemas, and service implementation remain WaveForm intellectual property.
- Provider imagery, terrain, observations, and overlays remain subject to the provider's terms; a source name or license label does not grant redistribution or commercial-use rights.
What the product checks
- Offline manifest download is offered only with an explicit machine-readable provider rights profile.
- Unknown or denied export rights, missing required attribution, or unverified artifact bytes keep the action disabled.
- Commercial use, sharing, caching, and reconstruction remain separate decisions and are not inferred from local viewing.
