WaveForm, from Holmdel Labs, is building geospatial software to help teams inspect places, understand change and trace conclusions back to the observations behind them. Our team combines computer vision and cybersecurity with experience in energy infrastructure, government planning, inspection, auditing and project economics.
Infrastructure owners, inspectors and government reviewers need to understand what was observed, when it was captured, what changed and what evidence supports a decision. They also need to understand the limits of that evidence. Those requirements guide the platform we are building.

Wesley leads architecture and engineering with a three-developer team. His background combines philosophy, an MBA, 10 years in cybersecurity, and several years working in computer vision and AI.
Infrastructure & government
Chief Executive Officer, field infrastructure practice
Saxon brings experience across energy infrastructure, government planning, inspection and auditing. His work spans commercial and utility-scale energy projects, including estimation, permitting, procurement, installation, maintenance, repowering and decommissioning. His experience with Tribal and municipal governments includes land-use planning, infrastructure mapping and utility planning.
He serves on the State of Illinois Renewable Energy Component Task Force and the U.S. Department of Energy’s PV RESOLVE Advisory Committee. His qualifications include AICP certification, NABCEP PV System Inspector and ISO 14001 Lead Auditor. He is also a professor of economics, business and finance at Wilmington University, bringing an understanding of project economics, financial analysis and institutional decision-making to his infrastructure work.
